i am just back from florida and have a long c record (1 attemted murder ,8 thefts ,a string of driven offences,liying in court, police assault and car reset(ringing)I GOT IN ON THE VISA WAVER PROGRAM buy just ticking no to the criminal record part

How mad is that?? I've been trawling the net trying to find info on american visas as by boyfriend has a drug conviction and i want to go to new york. So i just buy a ticket and tick no, its that easy??! Were you not s***ing ur self going through customs??
