Bush must be stopped.
George Bush and his cronies have been talking up a war with Iran ever since they invaded Iraq and now it seems thay're gearing up to move in for the kill. Again as with Iraq, there is little to no evidence to back up their claims for this invasion. Also as with Iraq, if they go ahead with the invasion of Iran there will probably be hundreds of thousands of innocent people killed. This American administration is made up of a bunch of religiosly intolerent crusaders with a messed up power hungry money driven agenda. I don't think we as a society can sit back and watch this time as they go in and destroy another country. What can be done to stop this warmonger?

from the BBC website
Mr Ahmadinejad was quoted by Irna, the official Iranian news agency, as saying: "The hegemony of the occupier regime [Israel] had collapsed, and the Lebanese nation pushed the button to begin counting the days until the destruction of the Zionist regime."
"God willing, in the near future we will witness the destruction of the corrupt occupier regime," Mr Ahmadinejad said.
In October 2005, the Iranian president made a statement in which he envisaged the replacement of Israel with a Palestinian state. This was widely translated as a call for Israel to be "wiped off the map".
While he has repeated similar comments many times, he has insisted that Iran is not a threat to Israel.

Yes, it is absolutely barbaric. But it is their government killing them.
If they stopped practising barbaric and evil religion, cease to have any nuclear capability, stopped making statements about wiping out Israel and stopped praising acts of world terrorism, they we will have no need to nuke them.
These are not actions of a few mad Asian youths from Oldham, these are the words and actions of the Iranian Government.
It will be there decison if kids on their street dies. Not ours.
Iran is a third world plethora of demons. It is hell on earth and is holding the free world back.

The vasy majority of Africans are an uncivilised people. They have basically moved on very little since Imperialism. I fail to see what the savage natives of African nations have to do with it?
Iran needs to be stopped. Nipped in the bud as such. If Michael Ryan or Thomas Hamiliton were nipped in the bud when there was decent evidence to suggest that one day they would use their weapons on innocent individuals, then many lives would have been saved.
Iran is a Michael Ryan on a huge scale. Nuke it now to save future lives.

as an ex serviceman I can tell you that getting troops into a country is easy. Getting them out again is darn near impossable
We put troops onto the streets of Northern Ireland as a temprorary measure to protect Irish Catholics from being burned out by the Protestant majority. It took us (the bedst Army in the world) 30 years to extracate them.
How do you suggest we pull out of Iraq with minimum casualties? I'm sure Gordon Brown, the Chief of Defence Staff et al will be happy of your advice

Shadow - my point about Africans is just to point out that a lot of people are dying over there due to civil war and leaders who care not! but Bush doesn't seem to worry about that!
No, he worries about the countries in the middle east.. why? Why not look globaly on the issue of mass jenecide (crap spelling) and give a bit of support to those cultures?
Just because they say they are - doesn't mean Iran is really a threat!
