Should these women have been let off so lightly?

In the first case was no thought given to the falsely accused men, who's lives and relationships could have been wrecked?

In the second case would a male teacher have been let off so lightly?

Why are women treated more leniently than men?

The woman who called rape should be horsewhipped then placed in a cell with a big butch dyke called Brenda for 25 years.

It is women like her who not only give men a bad name but hinder genuine rape claims.

After prison, I hope she contracts AIDS and dies a horrible painful death fairly slowly. That'll wipe the smirk off her evil face.

As for the teacher. Yes she should have known better, but what a lucky boy-pupil!!!

Whoah there...just because I'm gay, doesn't mean that I don't know what straight blokes think. I have many straight male friends, and there are a number of them who had serious crushes on their (female) teachers.

The female teacher committed a crime (cautions can only be given to offenders who admit their guilt) but elicits responses such as "she should have known better... what a lucky boy-pupil".

Under the Sexual Offences Act 2003 a teacher engaging in sexual activity with a minor pupil (under 18) in their charge commits an offence with a maximum penalty: 6 months and/or �5000 fine in Magistrates' Court, 5 years in Crown Court.
