Ok, so we all know jack the ripper was an infamous Londoner who walked the streets of london in 1888 Killilling whoever he chose. but one thing that bugs me , is that why is it, to this day, he has still not been identified? cant the police and detectives do anthing? So I suppose my question really is : Who is Jack The Ripper, And Why Has His Identity Been Hidden For So Long ?
