Some good news for F1 finally!
It needs to get back to the competitive days and less politics.
I reckon Moseley couldnt stand a black driver winning the Championship last year!!!

Anyhow - my defence is - I read it in the papers and was only repeating what they had reported about him... so if its not true then they should make sure that everyone knows they were wrong!

Why is the apology by the paper never on the front page eh!!

oh don't worry, it isn't really you they'd sue, it's AB, who have published it. And AB has lots of money from all those nice ads (if they haven't blown it all trying to make AB 2.0 work).

But seriously - you can't defend yourself against a libel case by saying 'someone else said it first'. You're responsible for things you say yourself.
