Funny that - why exactly is he on the street?

The only men I ever see 'on' the street are the homeless.

Everyone else is using the street merely as a form of transport.

How would you do that Quinlad ? They make thousands of decisions every year.
I wonder if a questionnaire with or before each election could serve a purpose or failing that referendums on key matters of public concern. Other countries use them , why not us ?
