Isn't it strange you as a decent Q then the cranks appear with their stupid bloody answers, not all but a few, Example of a deterrent, Speed Camera, Motorway police, speed ramps, there are many more if you think of them, I see by a few answers that has been given are ma bey from the H.R.B, when I was at school I knew if I done anything that needed punishment I would be caned & the deterrent worked, I do understand the Hanging system, my view, If its found 100% that a person like the likes of Sutcliffe, Hindley,Tobin & many more of life's dregs they should go to the gallows or the chair, but no what happens you have the f----g HRB kicking up a stick because of these dregs of society to remain alive, to live in comfort whilst the OAP freeze do not eat properly, then these dregs of the earth demand what they want, have to be addressed as Sir by the Prison wardens, You HR @RSOLS want to start living in a real F---g world!
