Am I Sadistic, No, but I would sure think twice about getting that across my @rse or my back things are getting way out of control out there, the police do their jobs only to be Insulted by the Knob heads that dish out the penalties

I would sure think twice?
Would you? if you were drunk? (Almost half all victims of violence report their attackers as drunk)
Would you if you were high on drugs?
If you thought there was no chance of getting caught?
You seem to be under the misaprehension that deterants works because it would deter you.
We used to execute people, transport them to the colonies, hang, draw and quarter them but Victorian cities were apallingly crime ridden.
There is enough deterant - you need to improve detection rates
detection rate:
Violence against the person 42%
Rape and serious sexual offences 29%
fraud 27%
Theft 20%
Criminal damage 12%
Burglary 16%
The police do their job? really?
Get those detection rates above 50% and you'll do more good than thrashing people with sticks
