Why do lefties love scroungers so much?

Many of them actually have jobs so on paper they should actually hate the professional scroungers. They don't seem to mind funding innefficeint nonsense jobs in the public sector. They don't seem to mind funding 100K+ union leaders or paying high taxes just so Noo Labours 600000 new public sector workers can have a job that doesn't exist. I just wondered how this fits in with Marxism?

So, public sector workers don't actually do anything. Ok, how about you empty your own bins, do without schools, libraries, hospitals, homes for the elderly, street lighting/repairs/gritting in winter etc. Let's see how long you could survive without us - we are underpaid, overworked, the first targets whenever cuts have to be made and the country couldn't run without us.

Jake, lefties are more able to empathise and they are more intelligent? You can't possibly be serious. That has to be a joke. Is that what lefties tell each other to make themselves feel superior? Quite frankly, contrary to popular belief, lefties aren't the friends of the working man. In fact they're his greatest enemy. You seem to conveniently forget that without those who do actually work for a living and pay their taxes, the majority of whom are 'working class', there would be no welfare state, but sadly because of people like you who advocate supporting the serial scrounger, when the genuinely needy are in need, there is nothing in the pot for them. Just as an example for those who choose never to work their rented accommodation is paid for forever, but when a working man who has supported his family and struggled to buy his own home becomes redundant there is no money to pay his mortgage and he loses his house. If you really want to tell us how intelligent you are get your priorities right!! Sod the scroungers - they've laughed at the workers and lived the easy life for long enough! Support the working man!
