steve....LOL....we all know our stations and as long as we keep to them, then all will be well.
I really don't think it matters who they were, they had nothing to do with those rioting Anachists, and what happened was disgusting, and whatever the strongest sentence could be, thats what they should get.
I thought they would automatically be sent to the tower to await the next available date for beheading.
what sort of sentence are you thinking of aog, we cant send them to oz anymore they never want to come back

During the late 18th and 19th centuries, large numbers of convicts were transported to the various Australian penal colonies by the British government. One of the primary reasons for the British settlement of Australia was the establishment of a penal colony to alleviate pressure on their overburdened correctional facilities. Over the 80 years more than 165,000 convicts were transported to Australia
If you apply to emigrate to Australia one of the questions on the form asks, "Do you have a criminal conviction?". I assume that if you answer, "No", you are automatically disqualified.
IF they are caught and convicted, the MOST they should expect is criminal damage IMO.
What would you want Git ? Hanged drawn and quartered ? ...Heads on spikes ?
Ah! Happy days, AP.
Dah, in my day, we did 'civil disobedience' properly !
I blame the lily-livered Victorians for abolishing disembowelling and public executions. Bunch of softies!
arrrr!
My sentiments entirely. I mean, where do you have to travel to these days to see a nagging wife ducked in the pond, a vagabond whipped at the horse's tail, or a heretic burnt at the stake? (Apart from Iran).
piccadilly madchester has gone steadily downhill since getting rid of the ducking stool
These bounders should be flogged all the way back to the working class ghettoes from whence they crawled.
mike, you don't even see bakers being drawn through the streets on a hurdle if their bread rolls are undersized. I'd love to see Lord Sainsbury and Lord Tesco on a hurdle.

I think it will be a little more than a slapped wrist for these hooligans.

The a member of the 'Top Of The Tree' has come under attack, and from the 'top of the police service' to the top of the CPS and then to top Judges they will all be falling over themselves to prove their worth.

Heads will fall (not to be taken literally) over this believe me.
depends - one of the things that judges like to prove is their independence.
Do you think the Royals Want a trial ? I Bet they don't !
I'm still waiting for that photograph to appear in caption competitions and await the entries with great glee.
