..I went to the cinema to see Wrath of the Titans but completely forgot I was going to the 3D version. Annoyingly I had my glasses on and had to wear the 3D glasses on top of them otherwise everything would be a blur! I normally wear my contact lenses when I go to the cinema.

Anyway, the film was good apart from my ears hurting afterwards, lol. Had some Ben & Jerry's choc fudge brownie too :o)

When was the last time you went to the cinema and what did you see?

about 10 years ago - Shakespeare in Love
My sis took me to see the inbetweeners movie last year to cheer me up. Certainly did the trick.
Puss in Boots with brother and little nephews. A fun film and made more enjoyable as my nephews thought it was great!
Went last week to watch Pirates on 3D. Was ok, can't say that I'm enamoured by 3D to be honest, certainly didn't seem to be worth paying the extra. All in all by the time we'd bought tickets, popcorn and cokes we needed to re-mortgage our house.
Golly ... not sure.

The last Mission Impossible maybe?
To see the last Twilight - a friend took me as a birthday gift (she knows me well :)) and even watched all the previous films (despite being quite anti-Twilight) so she knew what was happening, a fantastic friend :)
The last film I saw was Man On A Ledge

Really good film (NOT if you suffer from Vertigo though). Wrath looks really good too - so does Battleship and Avengers Assemble.

Thats on my list of DVDs to watch Evian.

And Puss in Boots too :)

Know what you mean B00, you could easily end up spending nearly £30 per person in the cinema these days.
We nearly did Tiggs.

Tow adults, one child, two popcorns and 1 coke cost us £40.00, bloody shocking!

I'm getting that on DVD Jenna as no one whnted to go and se it with me :o(

Look good Judge :o), saw the trailers for Battleship and Avengers last night.

One film I am definitely waiting to see at the cinema is The Hobbit. Not sure when its out though.

3 dollops of Ben & Jerry's is over £5. Would be cheaper to buy a whole tub and sneak it in.
Erm... I think it was when the other titan movie was out, the one with the giant scopians and the kraken in... It was a while ago at any rate, we use to do two for one orange wednesdays.
Avatar. I was highly disappointed.
The Kings Speech.

I loved the recent P-Eye inside pic of the Palace spokesman and his announcement of George VI's passing:"He's d-d-d-de-de-dea-ea-d."
Don't buy the popcorn, B00 - nothing personal, but I never understand why people need to eat in the cinema.
stopped going years ago too many yobs using mobiles crunching popcorn in your ear and in general being noisy
i went to the cinema 3 times and more a week many years when the other people that went knew how to watch a movie
now i have a dam good home cinema system, thats does for me
Last time I went I took the mil to see Evita.
It was a few years ago and the film was called 'Angela's Ashes'. How I managed to sit through it all, I'll never know.

Prior to that, it was the very first Harry Potter film. I struggled with that, too. I did, however, watch a great film the other night, on my computer - The Shawshank Redemption. Wow, what a film!
Last cinema visit was ages ago. 'The Coronation'. The Queen looked beautiful . . . and Prince Albert was smart too.
