Mine has been exceptional so far...................a) the dog had one of his poo spreading do's and after copious cleaning of the house and driveway, has cost me £27 for a haircut (and close shave round his bum), b) the window cleaner has just shown me that I have a wasps' nest in the cavity wall, that's £69 for the pest controller to come round, and c) when I switch the main light on in the living room it flickers and also more worryingly, makes the TV flicker at the same time, so I need to find an electrician........is hibernation to be recommended?
Caspar is quite subdued at the moment, he hates having a haircut. Now I've got to find a decent electrician who won't rip me off, and won't bugger anything up.
Yes DT, I had to have more surgery 2 weeks ago on my ankle. Apparantly the plate wasn't in the right place. Fingers crossed it is sorted now and I'm hoping the recovery time won't be too long! :(
Aww no, my week hasn't been bad in comparison to all yours'! Been a long week at work as got a chest infection but booked today off, went to bed early last night and slept for 13 hours (save a couple of cat interuptions) and had another nap after breakfast.
Managed to find something I'd been looking for for one of nephews for ages and it was half price so really pleased about that. Also had a voucher from buying him nephew some things last week so got two tops for just over £6 with that earlier :)
Settling down for a cosy quiet night with a Criminal Minds fest with a treat doughnut then having an early one.
Thanks, craft.
I now don't feel as bad as I did 5 minutes ago, knowing someone has had a sh***ier week than mine.
Try winding down with a glass of something you like, and a good movie, and let's hope everything looks up for you next week.
exactly - to all of you who have had such weeks, a weekend of rest, good food, wine (or whatever be your tipple) and company, if you wish it, otherwise peace.
No broken pipes, electrics, bones, illness, etc......(and gness isn't even around).
