Off the ideal channel. A Beldray. It's still under warranty, of 3 years. It's stopped working. They sent out a new battery and filter but that's not helped. I registered it. They can't find any registration under my name or address. They asked for receipt details which I have. Then we got cut off. End of day chat line. Do you think I will get it sorted out ?

Not sure, you may just have to suck it up.
Have you contacted Ideal World? That's the company you have the contract with. How long have you had the vacuum?

Ideal World have fobbed you off.
Try contacting Beldray again, they should at least collect it for inspection and repair
Question Author
No they haven't tbh. The question is that beldray can't find my registration, so will I get a repair and or another one
