Why do some men and some women keep slagging off the opposite sex; insisting that one is 'better' than the other? Men and women are different and as such they have different strengths and skills, surely that is why we form partnerships?
IMO this attitude arises because very masculine men seem to choose very feminine women as partners and of course, vise versa. They then become exasperated because they cannot empathise with their partner's views and interests.
I believe that the most successful partnerships are between those with a good masculine/feminine balance because they are closer in outlook; ie the man is 'in touch with his feminine side' (hate that expression but it will do) and the woman is more practical and less of a ditsy, 'blonde'.
Vive la difference!
