Harry Gardner, Song - Not Alone

Just listened to this song on the radio and I must admit, I found this song very moving.
Harry is a 15 year old, who's Nan suffers from Alzheimer's and he's wrote this song to raise money and awareness to fight this horrible disease.
It was played on radio two's Clare Baldings show. Maybe someone can provide a link ?
Aside from that, I think the lad has great potential and a good future as a singer/songwriter! The only word in the lyric that I would've changed is the bit where he sings "Rustle my hair" surly it should be 'Ruffle my hair' but hey, what do I know!
