Ah! The censor robot on AnswerBank never ceases to amaze me, Golden. There certainly was a time when the word 'tart' was verboten, despite - in the circumstances here - that's being the most appropriate word.
The allusions weren't really that strange, since you clearly grasped my intention. I was hoping Moon_unit would do the same!
By the way, both Chambers and The Oxford English Dictionary offer chippy as the basic form of the word. American usage may well be different, of course, and 'Friends' is an American series, I suppose! Cheers
