Cannot Submit In Ab

Back to the abhorrent sony vaio windows 8, not for some reason I cannot "submit" from the damned machine (am on desktop at mo) the submit button is pale and uninteresting, and is not clickable. It's fine on FaceBook, so what please can I do, I honestly really do feel like lobbing the whole kit and caboodle into the mediterranean sea.

Ig nore that not after 8 it's not supposed to be there!

IE cos it wouldn't reload page on Firefox, honestly I've had nothing but trouble with this machine.

I had to click on the raggedy paper bit on the top bar where www. answerbank.co.uk is
