Minty you are a diamond in a coal mine. I am at present with "She who must be obeyed" who lost her darling Mother earlier this year, and who has during today had the dread reflection that this is her first Christmas without her. It just popped out, but I was ready, having been there. She attended a little service on Wed. at the village Church, which was for all the people who have lost a beloved this year, and came home with a little golden butterfly. When the thought came up during the carol service on earlier from Kings College, she asked me what I had done with it. I showed her the Christmas tree where I had placed it right on the top. I loved her too. I do hope for you all the understanding and good grace that you dispense with such ease here on the "bank" for the rest of us Minty. The happiness you wish for us all appears to be an innate part of you, and I know that you can face 2017 with a heart that will see you receive the gift of happiness and peace that you hope for us.
