So..... today I saw a heavily pregnant lady march the entire route. I saw flags from all over the world. I saw many locals put water bowls out for the Indy dogs, someone even put out a paddling pool for them to have a wee dip. I saw dogs being fed sausages. I saw a policeman carrying a wee boys scooter. I saw many more stopping for selfies with us all. I saw thousands of people embracing each other. I saw friends meeting for the first time. I saw people attending their very first march. I saw people sending live videos to their friends and family who couldn’t make it. I saw people lining up for a picture with wee ginger dug and with the Scot guys. I saw laughter and emotion. I saw hope.
I did not see fear, I did not see violence, I did not see hatred, I did not see sadness. I did not see any flags being set on fire.
Magee..OBAN to me is a whisky that i drink and am confused ( and still confused) what it has to do with pregnant women and Indydogs( whatever they are)
Sorry.
So significant that there is no mention of it on BBC Scotland. Was this a march for or against independence? Was the First Lady of Scotland there? I suppose I shall have to remain in perpetual ignorance.
That will be the vote for scottish independence which they lost and now like the remoaners want another....and.. another and..., how many votes would you like maggie, one every couple of years until you get the result you want.?
Dogs belonging to people who are pro independence I would imagine, I thought it made perfect sense, although no-one understood the joke I posted earlier so maybe it's me :/
Just read ZM's link. I know it's a hackneyed phrase but you really couldn't make this up. If I were Scottish I would hang my head in shame on being associated with such juvenile nonsense.
