29 Ac :- All the best for now! (5,2,3,3) ?T?T? O? T?E ?R? . It seems obvious that it has to be STATE OF THE ART, but I don't get the Parsing, or the Definition for that matter.

Sam, - I don't see how your answer of "state of the art" answers my question at all. I have myself already suggested the answer has to be STATE OF THE ART, but I want to know WHY & HOW!
