laptop
I've accidentally knocked my laptop off the table. I almost caught it but the lcd gently tapped the floor.
I now find that the screen is breaking up into two halfs and is not readable.
is it more probable that the LCD is damaged (ie and now in need of a new LCD) or that the problem will lie in the main cct boards.
Is it also possible that it may have slightly dislodged a connector.
Just like to know what to expect when taking it for repair
Thanks

using conditional and minimal adjectives isn't going to fix it
(my mate's wife was a little bit pregnant - she's like the side of a house now)
probably "almost" catching it did some of the damage
.... not quite managing it did the rest
as for what to expect ....it's going to cost you a slightly large chunk of dosh ... get a quote ... consider a new machine if it's almost lots ...
