I don't have any question to ask but I came across the below story which is horrific and incredible. I thought that some of the people who post in this section might be interested in following the story.
WARNING: The pictures in this link are very upsetting so please do not open it if you feel that they might offend you.
That is terrible, not sure how the poor Dog survived but he has thankfully !
His previous owner should be given the same cruel treatment, disgraceful........
shocked and appalled that Patrick was still alive. The poor poor little mite. Read his follow up stories and he seems to be on the mend. Hope he eventually gets the home he deserves, he's been through so much. Words can't describe how i feel about these kinds of stories.
I am usually pretty thick skinned - but I won't read your link as if angers me that humans can be so cruel to other animals and, probably, cruel to their own species too.
He was only found last week and no doubt his progress will be slow, but the website seems to be doing daily updates at the moment.
The poor fella has a long way to go. A scan has shown some sort of foreign body in his belly where they think he tried to swallow something to ease the starving pains.
Prison is too good for the despicable scum that did this to that poor animal, I would like to see the same happen to them, see how they like been starved, cold and then shoved down a rubbish chute. I'd horse whip them
I wasn't going to look at that link because I can't stand any form of cruelty but in the end curiosity got the better of me and OMG how could anyone stand by and watch that beautiful animal suffer like that(or indeed any living creature)?I watched it with tears streaming and a boiling anger.I hope whoever is responsible will be brought to book and punished accordingly but they probably won't be alas !!
I am still not going to look - but what type of dog is he?
I really don't understand the mentality of some 'humans'. Most non-animal lovers are compassionate and caring and they would never let an animal suffer so why let your own dog suffer?
you could click on the video link which i posted earlier, whilst it will make you cry (it did me anyway) it'll show you that Patrick, what they called him, looks to be slowly on the mend.
Patrick has his own Facebook page so you can read about his progress there - Prayers for Patrick. His story will make you cry.
I hope the perpetrator is found & beaten to within an inch of his/her life - I'd gladly be first in a very long queue to dish out round one - many others would follow gladly.
This beautiful dog deserves the very best life anyone can give him & there are many thousands of us all over the world who would gladly offer him a loving home for the rest of his life.
Poor little devil - as the vets said, even if he'd died, he would have felt that someone cared for him in those last 24 hours. I so much hope he pulls through - what tenacity and good fortune to survive the trashbin and to have been found by the binman. Fingers crossed for you, Patrick.
