Factual sources don't exist for the fate of all the Apostles, but the last to be martyred (John may have lived longer) was probably Thomas (the Doubter).
Abigail (in Hebrew it means "Father rejoices") is mentioned numerous times in the Old Testament. Bottom line is she is a virtuous woman married to a bad guy (Nabal) but married to King David later...(See: 1 Samuel 25:32-33 and 41-42).
