Biffo the Bear was a cartoon character in the comic the Beano way back. Don't know if it's still produced or not.

Beano was first published in 1938 and is still going strong. Grandsons are great fans.

Living as I do near the university area, sometimes the retina is flooded with such images before the eyes can be averted. There is rarely concupiscence involved.
