Mad over Fifties Club

The Club is now Open.
Welcome once again to the Mad over Fifties Club for a night of unalloyed pleasure.
No doubt there will be at least one ode, lots of delicious comestibles and sufficient alcohol to float a battleship.
And that's before we get on to the excellent conversation , witty repartee and the holy grail of all club events, the drawing of the raffle.
Tonight's prizes so far include:
two rain mates (pink spotty ones)
a packet of Fishermen's Friends
a pair of flip flops, one orange, one green (totally non-sectarian )
and
a loofah

I've parked Spot (zebra current mode of transport) in the stables Milady - he isn't anti social he merely disapproves of the goings on of the croc and his cat.....
I must say that the table is simply groaning under the weight of those delighful looking comestibles, and the tailcock of the day looks most inviting....May I trouble the butler for my customary bucketful?
