There is such a thing.  Michael Douglas is supposed to be a sex addict.  I'm sure if you google it you will find out lots of info.

I think im a sufferer too, and im sure my girlfriend agrees. When i dont 'release my tension' i often get in bad moods and just strop until I do. But when I do then Im a happy chappy. At least once a day is the only cure i know of...
You could get in touch with Bill Clinton...
Its also linked to who you have sex with and how it makes you feel I think, what you're having all the sex instead of if you get what i mean. All I know is what I saw in the first series of nip/tuck so I don't know how accurate it is.

done the test on JNO's site and i have a very high score of saying i do have some form of problem, blooming marvelous hey!
Its a lot to do with how often you have it as well..... the more you have it, the more you want it. If you don't have it for a while you can get to a point where you're not bothered about having it.

Agreed with Otrere. You should go and see a doctor, its both in the mind and the body. I heard that Yoga and meditations can help.

Hi

I am a new member and at the moment I am going over past posts. Your addiction is  familiar to me as my husband suffers from Bi-Polar disorder and this has been and still is a major  symptom of his. He became very moody and difficult if I ever said no. The symptoms of Bi-Polar dis. differ in every sufferer but: Do you need very little sleep for a long time? Do you get so involved in a hobby or project  that nothing or no-one else matters, then burn out and just sleep and seek solitude feel depressed and sorry for yourself? were you a rebel as a teenager? Are you very clever, Learn quickly, have a brilliant memory and can't understand why the people around you can't keep up? Do you get paranoid?.......

I haven't  got a link, sorry and I won't carry on listing symptoms. It may be nothing like you  but I have posted this just in case.

Take care
