Sirloin of beef, roast potatoes and parsnips, new potatoes, cauli and broccoli florets, Chantanay carrots and petit pois, gravy, horseradish sauce
Found some hot cross buns that should have been eaten by last Friday, checked them over they were fine except for being a little dry so I've made a bread and butter pudding with them adding extra fruit and spice, and a creamy eggy custard - the men will see that off, my daughter and me will have a bought M&S individual tarte au citron, and for tonights supper I've made a Calypso Coffee cake (With Tia Maria)

Very slow cooked Oxtail (not the soup) the real thing haven't had it for ages.
It's very Eco-friendly too as it leaves the rest of the ox still standing.
