1000 cc (centimetres cubed)= 1 litre
49x30x24= 35280
So 35.28 litres
2nd one 58.8
5.88 litres
I think- doing this while watching football
49 x24 x 5 =5880 cm³= 5.88 litres
i'm too late with the answers but try fishfriend.com tank volume calculator.
My Grandad used to say that a 2ft x 2ft x 2ft tank took 50 gallons and if it was full of water you would never pick it up.
@Valmave ..... according to my reckoning, 8 cubic feet of water would weigh approx 226.5kg ...... that would take some lifting lol :P

Thanks for all that folks. Being really picky, if the abbreviation for centimeters is cm, would not centimeters cubed by 'cmc'? (lol)
Being really, really picky - it's "centimetres" in this country!
No, it should be cm³
...or even cc (cubic centimetres) as in a 1600cc engine.
