HC...we know nothing of this case. The child may already be in the care system. Given that this sort of thing is very, very rare, perhaps we shouldn't make too much of it.

But that child's life is effectively changed forever, and its a tragedy all round.

Any girl who has started her menstrual period can become pregnent by engaging in sexual activity with a male partner. I blame the educational system because of their persisting teaching of sexual matters to the very young who of course being normal humans wish to constantly experiment in all things.
