Only after I've stopped laughing and crawled up off the floor!
Internet Explorer has always been a totally dire web browser. Even Microsoft have eventually admitted that in effect by replacing it with Edge as the default browser for Windows 10. (Edge is, indeed, better but only marginally so).
The majority of web designers start by seeking to ensure that their sites will work with Chrome and Firefox on a PC, as well as with Safari on Apple products, Android's own native browser and both Opera and Dolphin on Android as well. They might also check that their websites will function well in Edge, but probably only as an afterthought. Almost nobody designs site to work in Internet Explorer these days, as it's been seen as a lame (or dead) duck for ages.
