On here as - Saumon, but if you're sure of the last 'e' then it should be OK.

Although I cannot find specific references, there is the suggestion that the french word Saumon was incorporated and used in part of Scotland to describe salmon (esp in relation to describing a strip of cloud). So perhaps Saumone may be the correct answer in this instance - but I am not sure of the final "e" - sorry can't be of help!
