Impossible (BBC1) today, an American got a question about battles fought on American soil, then a wheelchair user got a question about Paralympians.

What are the odds?

Pretty long.

I have my suspicions. The wheelchair user claimed never to have read a complete book and to know nothing about sport. I can't help thinking there was some juggling to prevent a TV disaster - they must do rehearsals to get an idea of who is likely to get that far.
When I appeared on a TV quiz show I had to go through a quick fire quiz of 100 questions before being accepted.

Yeah, that sounds pretty much what I suspected. I have met a few people who would never get a question right, and sometimes the odd one who never falters, but the TV shows seem to find the mid-ground.

100 seems a lot though?
