Well the character in the A A Milne poem referred to is called:

James James Morrison Morrison Weatherby George Dupree

so I'm guessing the answer is Wetherby as in the racecourse (but different spelling).

Actually, Weatherbys is the name of the firm which administers horseracing in the UK (they handle entries, jockey fees, etc). So it might be that - the spelling is closer.
