Grosvenor Square
i found bushey park
Well he had several.. Goodge Street was one another one at Grosvener Square and also there was an HQ at Bushey Park
yep - could be right ....

Google gives both!

Goodge Street tube station was one of several London Underground Stations designated as air-raid shelters.

Later, Goodge Street General Eisenhower's headquarters which was used for coordinating the D-day activities. (i.e. in 1944)

and, this site states that Bushey Park was used as an HQ for SHAEF operations .... (not, seemingly 'THE' HQ then!!!

seems Eisenhower had more HQ's than cups of tea!!

His statue is in Grosvenor Square!!
