MM and KM Links March 2008 [Week 4]

Good Evening AB Linkers, everywhere!

Welcome to this fourth week in the reign of Lady Alex, who is responsible for setting the MM Links for the rest of this five-week month. After a crazy couple of weeks for high scoring, we seem to have consolidated the front runners and stabilised the top scorers with a select bunch on 4 to 8 points. This weekend I expect more of the same, as Lady Alex appears to be enjoying being devious, but can she continue to outwit the top three in the lead, viz. joto, sarumite & Strix?

With two rounds to go, there is still much to play for. However, I would expect the favourites to assert themselves over the �also rans� in the next 48 hours. The same will be true for the sister game of KM Links which is designed to run in sync. Well over 50 participants enter both games ~ trying to outwit Kate Mepham AND Lady Alex on the same day. This KM-version of the game is organised and scored by our very own Queen of Oz, seekeerz.

If you wish to chance your arm, look out for the starting times tomorrow on AnswerBank. That�s about 06.30am for KM Links and exactly 09.00am for MM Links. Newcomers are always welcome. Don�t be fooled the �Shrubbery Squad�. They might act like idiots, but they play the game for real and there are some sharp cookies in the packet! There are usually few bonus points left on offer once they have had their feeding frenzy!

I will light one of those gas heaters or its off to the green house to keep warm.

Hi am just about to eat after we've dealt with a crisis. Water leaking into my room from upstairs bathroom. 2 son in laws at pub so had to get them back but think problem now solved. Back soon

just told Steve he could do the links as well tomorrow as he is off for Easter, he might just have an input with my links, so I might do better

Jan...I have been hopeless with Lady Alex's links.
The only time I ever won or came close to anybody's wavelength is with Kay...and you know how dotty we both are!!!

I think Lady Alex should give us a clue!!

I wonder if everyone is either away or in the pub???

I know Alibobs has her Mother in Law visiting!!!

She will pop in at some time...so any Mother In Law jokes welcome!!
