Mazie- agree with you :-)
Have made the point recently about posting q's accurately( leaving out no details) + being polite yet have been accused elsewhere of being condescending yet this is not in my nature at all just like to see proper etiquette(a please or thank you) + the whole clue including number of letters by clue typed out too. This is not asking too much methinks. If it is a picture's quiz then why can't they ask their friends or colleagues for help- show the pictures to them instead of asking here anyhow? This Q& P is more suited to crosswords or to at least include a link that directs you to the pictures.
Warm wishes, Bea :-)
Thanks Tazmac :-) Apologise. Guess it is okay if not everyone can see the pictures or access them. Yet, will not stand down on the Please and Thank You issue as feel very strongly about this. Having a fairly good day today physically- not too much pain yet cognitively struggling somewhat yet laughing at self too- keeps perspective + is good medicine. Took me ages to finish a Codeword in The Puzzler - a competition one, yet, worked it out eventually. Thanks for asking Tazmac. Good night and God Bless.
Beatrice :-)
So, if your son or daughter were to ask you 'What is the capital of Scotland, mum (or dad)', you would ask them to say please after it, would you? Sorry but that is taking things far too far - yes a thankyou after the answer but that's all that is needed.
