Good Evening AB Linkers, everywhere!

Welcome to this first week in the reign of Baron Brian (aka beejay1124), who should appear in person tomorrow! At present I am running VERY late with several urgent things to sort out over the next hour or so!

Hence I shall give this posting the briefest of details and simply say that it's nice to be back in harness!

Well S, what did you expect of course we had to rush home for the cricket. I think I will have just a small one before I go to the land of nod!!

Pauline, I think they must have had too much to drink already and have fallen asleep, otherwise they are so engrossed in Dragonfly 4 that they cannot attend their keyboards;-))

Thanks Sarumite, I think M. Mercier may have got held up either in the Channel Tunnel or he may still be going round in circles on the M25 looking for my house!!

Pauline, we can't have a party in Lent, especially during Holy Week - what would the priest say, other than 'top up my glass again'! Seriously, we haven't decided yet but may have a bash later in the year. We're just going out for a meal Wednesday evening.

Congratulations all round by the sound of it - laney and twix, 48 years of marriage and 40 for you twix. Still have a while to catch me up though. I've been married so long I can't remember ever being single

S, if you go back on AB tonight, could you please thank Twix for the champers - it arrived in time and tell Pauline Alan is watching out for her!! Three time I have tried to post on there and each time nothing has appeared - only my first posting. I have come upstairs on my PC up here to try and post on AB but no luck. Think I will stay out of the way of the cricket!!!
