The Club is now open.
Welcome one and all .
Members are asked to be careful when crossing the moat. Due to staff shortages it has not been thoroughly filtered this week.
After the fiasco of a raffle last week, I have rather lost interest, so have not donated any prizes this week. Sniff.
The Committee respectfully reminds any member who has not already done so to do so.
(Opening a little early tonight on account of the Last Night of the Proms.)

No harm done but I notice thr driveway has started to bubble. Noticing this I realise the consistancy would have been just right to help dance "The Gay Gordons" we need to lift the knees and twirl those kilts.
There is nothing on the agenda for next Sat.so armed with another flagon of my S&P Cider and my batteries fully charged I hope to join you.
If you choose to have another raffle I've got a spare tube of Fixident for the old dears.

Well if no one minds I will give a 10 minute warning of doors closing, there are still a jug or two of tailcocks left although nibbles have all gone, remember to take your belongings as things do get raffled if left, not tonight it seems.
Alex has done a great job on the moat so all bodes well for next week , ttfn sends her best and says not to worry ( well I think that was the muffled cry from the depths I heard) or was it "Help, let me out"? will check after breakfast.
