Good Evening Milady, just popped out to collect icicles to decorate the tailcocks,

For the raffle I have

A giant Toblerone
Half a jar of pickled cauli
A bag of werthers
Question Author
Oooh a bag of Wethers...just the job.

Hope you're not too cold tonight, Mamya.
We're a bit chilled here. Still, keeps the Chardonnay at the right temp.
Very cold Milady, cannot be cured must be endured, we shall huddle by the Aga methinks.
Question Author
Definitely a night for huddling, after a day for huddling.

I have some broken biscuits for the raffle...or we could just eat them with nice hot cup of something ?
Could do a jug of my special hot Gingered Brandy cup?
Question Author
Magic!

A bit quiet tonight so far, perhaps people are snowed in ?
<<ring ring>> is that milady's phone...? sorry but I can't come tonight, I have been watching the rugby, all those thighs.... I have to go for a lie down now. Send my waves to all who get there tonight!
Question Author
Hi boxtops, sorry to hear you are feeling a bit faint.....I caught a quick glimpse of the Samoans this afternoon and know how you feel.....sadly missed their Haka, though.

Perhaps you'll come back later when you've got a bit more control over yourself...
Oh Boxy I do feel for you, to be taunted like that is more than a girl can bear.
Ah I did catch that, there was where it all started..... the translation was given as something like "I'm ready for whatever you can throw at me". Good game!
What about all us poor peasants gathering winter fuel right against the forest fence where the snow lies deep and crisp and even? Any chance of you bringing the pine logs hither?
Question Author
No. you have to come up to the manor house and come sit by our Aga.......we don't mind how revolting you peasants are as long as you bring raffle prizes and buy tickets
Not quite sure what you mean by 'buying'. Don't you have to have money to do that?
Oh Mike, forsooth bring thy logs and we will warm your cockles.
Question Author
We take direct debits......
<<<< psst, just don't offer to be on the staff, mike, it'll cost you a fortune...>>>
I think your sentries are in need of further training in customer service. I have just knocked on your drawbridge and explained to the guard that I was here at your personal invitation, and he replied, "Bugger off, peasant, and crawl back to your stinking hovel". I am now on my way back; I live a good league hence and the credit on my mobile is getting low.
Good evening everyone.I have brought a selection of my many Leicester City scarves - not for the raffle, but to keep everyone's neck warm in case the logs are insufficient to warm us.( I shall need them back for our derby game v Nottingham Forest on Monday, I'm afraid!) For the raffle I have a pair of size 8 children's wellies and a packet of salt to keep the battlements ice free.Is the moat frozen over?
Mike, I think you have fallen foul of milady's strange neighbours. Milady has no need of sentries, she has the crocodile.
Mike, you are logged in so that should be credit enough re logs.
