Gosh, Adam, you must be desperate to discover the answer. I see you've posted the same question on question/answer forums all over the internet - it even appears on 'Yahoo Answers, Malaysia', of all places!!!
Since the word 'agnostic' is used for a person 'without knowledge', I should have thought it obvious that the variant would be used in the same way. But this only my opinion, and simply re-states what others have already said elsewhere.
