Yes it is APRIL renowned for its showers, but did we shower the points like confetti upon the gathered players? We'll see later.

Firstly I must proclaim the game over and reveal the chosen links of 'Lady Jill' (aka tearinghair). They were:

All were found without problem but none really gathered a large following.

First to score was BigMac who was right there at the start of the NATURE TRAIL with cliffyg and grannydi hot on his scent for 2 points each.

Earlier, Scorpiojo had been feeling 'Hot Blooded' but cooled off a little just in time to become the only player with WARM BLOOD (2 points)

Still just 2 minutes past 9 and Grannydi arrived on this surreal scene and registered a CULTURE SHOCK for another 2 points.

The final link only lasted a couple of minutes longer until Mrs Rockfordill opened her larder to reveal ANGEL CAKES.

thereafter there were just a spattering of single points with Baza picking up two of them.

When added to the Leaderboard, we see that Grannydi has a convincing lead over everyone else.

Grannydi finished top at the end of last month and has her sights firmly set on a repeat performance. Can anyone come close to matching this super-brain?

There are two week's still to go, so many chances to add to your score before April draws to a close.

Incidentally, this week's most popular answers of 'Mother Nature', 'Shock Wave' 'Guardian Angel' and 'Warm Front' were all 'Lady Jill's' second choices!
I'll have a word with her and see if we can't do better for next weekend.
