How nice she looks in simple dresses which show her good figure. Why does she spoil it all in her wedding outfits.

Thank you lottie, brilliant. have bookmarked them. I prefer actually trying and buying in the shops, so will jiggle joggle to M&S in Sept and wobble about and see they hold up! That is if they have any in Eastbourne!!
D'ya want to borrow my iddy biddy boobies for the day neti? And I'll parade yours around the neighbourhood with pride :o)

Ooh, glycerin and thymol woofy, that's a blast from the past...and I think it was borax liquid we used to swill around our mouths. It tasted nice as I remember but it's probably on the list of most deadly remedies now.
Better stick to good old salty water Lottie...but don't mention salt water out there <<<...I was told it was medieval when I suggested bathing another sore orifice with it, haha.

Think I'll stick to my much cheaper medieval cat scarer too thanks woofy...:o)

Forgot to thank Woof for the glycerine and thymol tip, but we haven't a good old fashioned chemist.

Have taken dog for walk prior to going shopping. It is so hot and sticky out their and I am so hot and sweaty that the glasses I have just put on to come on here have steamed up. It's horrible out there. I hate August. All the harvesters are out, complete with flies and various other flying creepy things that bite.

Going to EAT a salmon sandwich with creamed horseradish (which might burn!!) for my lunch, and then off out to Morrisons :o(
ha ha Robi, wear them with pride indeed. I would love to swap but fear my stomach is bigger than your bazooms!

I've just spend 3hrs cleaning the shelves in the kitchen. HGave been inundated with moths since June, and every week or so I clean the packets and look for the maggots, but this year they have been unbearable, so many. Anyway thiunk I have found them all now. They start with dry goods, and then are under lids and in jars, I couldn't believe where they have got to. Mr N 's green teabags have gone, he only uses about one a year if that! Trouble is, once I get rid of them, they come back in the supermarket shopping if I'm not careful about checking all the packets, sometimes they are just little holes in soups packets which are almost invisible. Let'shope they have finally gone! Shattered.
oh no, moths with the munchies, better get busy with the Flit neti.

I'm going to do this now because of the time difference/I might forget later

Happy Birthday Dolly, have a lovely day down under! Hope you're well & still look in from time to time.
Happy birthday from me too Dolly and many many more of them. We went out and had a good but exhausting time DH is dozing in his chair.
Happy Birthday Dolly xxxx
cowes week fireworks kick off at 21.30, have dosed dogs and battened down the hatches.
Have been out for mojitos (strawberry as no mint) and a red martini with lemon, nice, then we brought home several curries,am stufffed. A lizard popped up on the back of Mr N's armchair and I swreamed, but he ignored it and it's still living the life of Larry in my front room. Cat ignored it too although she hunts them at night. Am in bed trembling for fear that it will run across my headboard. Oh woe!
Dosing the dogs worked very well...I heard the fireworks and they didn't. Neti I have happy memories of sitting in the Mission to Seamen in Singapore, it was a lovely old colonial building, drinking cold cider and watching the geckos, they kept the place fee of flies and mozzies. There were big french windows and verandahs everywhere and after the rain the garden smelt like Eden on the first day........ There is a Hermes perfume called Un Jardin Apres la Mousson. Its supposed to be an Indian garden, but to me it is Singapore.
A quick Hello/Goodbye. I'm back from the South and now I'm going West. See you tomorrow. Hope you're all as well as can be. X
P>S< Hope you had a good B/day Dolly.
morning all, I think I have very mild sunstroke - walked all round town yesterday, overcast morning, sunny afternoon, and now down with grumbling tum, acning back and sore head, so am resting for a few hours before resumning sightseeing duties. (It is raining today so no rush.) I hope all is well back in Marmiteland. My friend has had her op and is waiting a few days to see if the skin grafts take, so I am crossing my fingers for her.
Hello all..oh dear is everyone heading west? Hope you recover soon jno & make sure you wear your bonnet when you go out again. And good luck to your friend.

Just dull and windy here...and so's the weather :o)
Morning all, have done weekly shop

Take care jno, it is as dangerous in cloudy weather as when the sun is out, first thing we learned over here.

Have just done battle to two huge yellow/green spiders in the garden. I sprayed them and then walloped one of them and broke the broom, so reasonable force on an intruder, I don't think I can!
These:

I scream and shout whilst I am dong it, but hija hates walking through our jungle with these things dangling, I of course cannot see them unless wearing glasses or I walk into them!
gosh Neti, highly decorative spiders you have.
.....and they bite! but luckily only appear outside!

Washing machine has decided to leak all over the floor, luckily it's in it's own little outside casita so no damage elsewhere, and I have snapped the filter handle off, hopefully Mr N will buy me a new one, but I doubt it.
On taxi duty again, just done to 16hr run next one at 00.00, if I'm awake!
Is this place haunted? It's jolly empty....................................
THE RIOTERS PRAYER
Our father, who art in prison, my mum knows not his name, thy Riots come, read it in the sun, in Birmingham , as it is in London, give us this day our Welfare bread & forgive us our looting, as we're happy to loot those who defend stuff against us, lead us not into employment but deliver us free housing, for thine is the teles, the Burberry & the Barcardi, forever and ever
