What am I best with....PLEASE HELP!

Hiya,
I'm getting myself into a bit of tizz and need help. I am currently hooked on the high waisted jeans that r available now but I don't know whether to buy the "Skinny" type or the "Baggy" type. I'm 5"3 without heels but I will be definately be wearing at least a 3" heel with them, I'm a size 8 but have quite a decent sized bottom! Lol. Do you think the flared ones will dwarf me? Or am I best off with Skinny type to emphasise my waist?

Any advice given is much appreciated!

Just found this ,not sure if it helps :o) A skinny fit slouched at the ankle flatters fuller figures by visually balancing the hips.
