Amazon Refund
8 Answers
I bought a bracelet on Amazon a few days ago. It arrived and it's cheap and nasty, so went online to return it for my money back.
Anyway, I went through the return process to be met by a screen telling me that I don't need to return it and the will still refund my money.
Seems a bit odd to me. It was only a tenner, but surely they aren't really going to let me keep it and give me £10...
Anyone else had this happen?

In that case though the item turned out to be from some other European country (hadn't realised at the time of ordering) so obviously they weren't interested in having the duff item back. As a lamp it still worked so didn't have the heart to sling it, but it presently lies unused :-(
