Where can I buy a pan like this
Amazon.co.uk User Recommendation
without ,what to me ,is a hefty price tag for something that will only be used occasionally.Mr S has a fancy for toad in the hole and I'm finding it increasingly difficult to juggle pans in and out of ovens which contain hot fat.

a bit damp here, with moments of sun to confuse the poor citizen.

shaney, I've had a chat this morning with the man (one of them, the one who was on the telly) who found your ancestors' footprints. Apparently at the time they were probably in the Thames river bank as it flowed up your way in olden times and gave Kent a miss. He said there were about 50 prints altogether, and a dozen or so were human (the rest probably were but not proved). One had some toes and heel visible. They only lasted a fortnight and then got washed away, but they made casts. All very interesting.
Snowing Robi - oh I wish..............

Well I am not used to atms. I needed to get out 450€ only managed ( on 2 attempts ) to get out 300€. I think I pressed a wrong button as it gives a choice of currencies and I think I pressed GBP and it said couldn't. Will have a rest and try tomorrow or Thurs. Was scared it would swallow the card and it's in hija's name so I couldn't do anything about it. Hate all this tech stuff when I am not in control!
Very overcast now!
Ah the footprints! yes the ones with heel and toes would be the Ibizan hippie wearing cowboy boots.
hello all. Its bright cold and DRY here so grateful for small mercies. Apparently tomorrow id going to be orrible. You will never guess what? the dogs are asleep, how unheard of is that?
they did think the footprints might be Spanish. They weren't sure what sort of humans produced them but they said the likeliest was homo antecessor, and Spain's the only other place he's been spotted.
Yes Jno I fear he is one of the locals at the bottom of my garden. Almost cromagnon

That's interesting Jno .Fame at last for Norfolk :)
They're also exploring a reef they've found not too far out to sea either .It's about 20 miles long .Plus we have the Seahenge .
Any minute now we'll be inundated with Spanish hippys looking for their ancestors :)
It's really grim out there .I think it's time for a cuppa soup ,tst and a decamp to the settee to watch WPC 59.
We have now lost all ITV progs. Life is dire.
Not this hippie Shaney unless I can be barefoot, can't wear heels at all now.
RIP Shirley Temple
ah well, I do chunter on to myself!!

Couldn't find any mince in the freezer so I defrost some stewing steak (skirt actually) and then got out my lovely very old iron mincer but it would nto stick to the table, so I had a terrible job mincing and holding it down with the other hand, still managed it. Must see if Mr N can invent something to make it hold onto the table.

All fed, washed up and bathed and for some silly reason am sitting bed with a teevee that has hardly any channels!
oh, nobody in here except a femina antecessor. Well, that's alright as I don't have much to say. The million years of history exhibition was very interesting, though not amazingly big, and Alice Roberts (who was one of the curators, I think) wasn't there when I was but I did speak to some of the archaeologists about footprints and stuff. Amazing to see rhino jaws from Norfolk and that sort of thing.
hello all, me and the dogs tidied up the garage today ready for the tree men. I put them a tray of tea and coffee with a kettle and biscuits out there so they can have hot drinks when they want. and the garden chairs are in there so they can sit down....also I haven't been to the bottle bank since october so it looks a bit like I have a "problem" and have been hiding the bottles ha ha. I loaded them all in the car ready to take tomorrow. I also turned out the larder and tossed the out of date stuff, very little this year, and sorted out my clothes drawers. Busy busy!
You have been busy...I've got nothing to report, I've done nothing today except for shiver, sweat, cough and sneeze...I think I nodded off and a herd of rhinos used me as a football. Hey ho , worse things are happening out there.
oh Robi, are you chugging vit C?
I have just bought myself three packets of fluffy bed sock, my feet are freezing!
wear them all at once, I would. And then another three packets for the other foot.
Good morning, poor Robi, just keep warm and do nothing.

I cleaned out my freezer yesterday, all the odd looking bags of leftovers, no idea what they were, so out they went, and I bought some new slipper boottees with a rubber sole so its better for trotting in and out. Saw some microwaveable slippers but I like my ankles covered as they get cold.

Fiesta here but Mr N has gone to work as the other workers are working although they get time and a half!

Sunny but chilly.
Bordid...very cold and grey day. I managed to sleep in fits and starts and below the neck feels a little less beaten...must try and get my hair washed shortly.

lol neti, I was talking to someone recently about UFO's, Unidentified Frozen Objects. I think I've got a box of ice lollies that have been in there for about a year, I'll send them over to you.

I don't bother with vitamin supplements any more woofy...with vit C I think you need to take enough to make your insides blow up like an airship before they're effective.
