Does anyone know if something has happened to deLonghi? We returned a coffee maker to them in early October via their nominated courier since when we have heard nothing. I sent them an email wo weeks ago again without response and today both of their UK telephone numbers come up unobtainable. I know they are a multi national company but you never know these days.
I have since spoken to deLonghi (their phones must have been down earlier) and they are looking into it. They have no record of the coffee maker having been received by their service agent although we have a receipt from their courier. Watch this space.
