I have a pair of ww2 brit army pants that are wearing out in the crotch area, how can i stop/prevent & cure it so that it doe's not chaff?. During the war years the soldiers must have had this prob & knowing them they would have resolved it so over to you CAN you solve it for me

well it looks like i'm going to get mags to put a patch on and then get a piece of iron on stuff to strenthen it
