Hair Straighteners - long hair
Hi, I have long curly hair & don't straighten it every day but I do like to straighten it when I'm going out. I've had a few pairs of straighteners - middle of the range price - & the ceramic coaring always seems to start peeling off after about 6 months. Is this normal? Am I doing something wrong? Are there any straighteners that you can recommend that would last longer? Or should I just expect tham to last 6 months each time? Is it worth paying for more expensive ones? (the ones I got last time were 45)
Thank you :-)
Thank you :-)

Although GHDs are good I think T3 Tourmaline are better as they don't damage the hair as much as GHDs do. I found that when I used GHD straighteners they gave that split ends look from static electricity. The tourmaline plates on T3 avoid that.
I went to but some GHD's 3 years ago...and was put off my by the lady in the shop who pointed me in the direction of a pair of identical straightners for half the price!! She got out the GHD's and then this other pair and told me they are made by the same manufacturer only given different badges to put on them! Mine are FOX make and are just as good. And they cost 65!
