I had this problem in November, basically you have to wait 14 days from the date it was predicted to be delivered and then contact them through your My Account section (if you haven't received the items). They require you to advise them whether you still want the items and you have to request them to either refund you or send more items for free.
With Amazon I would not (for once) blame the Post Office as EVERY time I have ordered from here that have WITHOUT FAIL delivered late, the last thing was ordered end Oct (a watch) and I eventually got it 10 or so days past the predicted date. The thing is. when I questioned it, I was told that TNT (who they use for Super Saver Delivery) had a backlog. Well if they knew that, they should not have waited nearly a week before sending it out.
Amazon are useless. Only ordered pressies for them as they said "delivery GUARANTEED by Christmas eve" was it heck! They decided not to bother dispatching my order for a week, then sent it Royal Mail Special Delivery on the LAST POSTING DAY before Christmas, although this is still supposed to be a GUARANTEED next day delivery! My bottom to that too. Waited in all xmas eve for nowt, eventually they admitted my parcel stuck in a sorting office somewhere. Spent ages shouting and crying at both companies demanding they sameday a new order. They wouldn't. Left my mum and aunt without their pressies. Amazon refunded 8 as a "promotion" but not really the point. Won't be using them again! Thanks Amazon and Royal Mail for such a cr@p service.
