Why not buy a photo frame with lots of mini-frames within and fill it with photies of you and your mum in days gone by and up to date too?

What about a nice 'girlie' paperback if she likes that kind of thing - you could write something nice inside.  One year my son bought me a book by one of my favourite authors, who'd been in the area, & had got it signed.  The book wasn't expensive but I couldn't have been more thrilled.

Other than that I'd agree with smudge, I love gardening pressies!

Shellywba - My best friend bought me a bear from 'The Bear Factory'. You choose which one you'd like, you then tape a personal message & they place the tape inside it, along with the stuffing. You press its tummy to play the message. I will always treasure it.
